Thank you for speaking out Geoffrey. I think we have already entered a period of acute risk, would be interested in your thoughts on this.
What would worry serve us without a clear idea of what we should do with the worry?
It seems many who are worried about super-intelligent AI are concerned about the AI choosing goals that harm humans, but it seems this is a distraction from the much more realistic threat of people with ill intent using AI to bring about great harm.
